I received a broken item and Leslie from the customer service team was amazing. They quickly handles my issue and we’re so polite and helpful along the way. They also advised I did not have to return the broken item which I was dreading doing. Truly the best customer service I have received in a long time. Thank you Leslie!

errible- faulty goods, weeks for delivery, still no refund. I ordered a table WITH chairs 23/10 and told 3-5 business days. After multiple phone calls I finally receive the table portion of the purchase which was delivered with the box damaged and the table cracked. I call to say no chairs and explain damage and am told maybe the chairs are arriving on a separate order but they can’t tell me. Will check but takes 2 business days. Then get a call from a courier wanting to deliver. I call zanui back and they say I have to receive the chairs then they can investigate a refund. I supplied them photos and a video.Don’t waste your money on poor quality and shocking customer service

Awesome products and easy to buy.. delivery is great, I had a fault with one of my items and was sent out another free of charge. Customer Service and communication is how all sellers should be 100% problem free. ZANUI is one step ahead of the rest.Thank you and will look forward to purchasing other items from you in the future.

Zanui is one of the best online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service I experienced from Carla even when organising a refund for a faulty item was fantastic - she was so helpful, polite and it was all very fuss-free and efficient. Zanui are very lucky to have her as part of their team.

The products at Zanui are too awesome. Recently purchased bedsheets from them. It took a bit of time to arrive but was worth the wait. I would highly recommend shopping here

I have ordered so much from Zanui over the years and have never been disappointed! Recently bought a quilt cover, Euro pillows, and cushions and I am obsessed!! I think they look more beautiful in real life than the photos on their website and the quality is amazing. I can't wait to order again!

Excellent after sales. There was an issue with the product due to handling during shipping but Josie from customer care acted promptly and efficiently to compensate to my satisfaction. Would buy again.

Amazing customer service from Zanui (Carla in particular) - Ordered 2 floor lamps from Zanui, 1 was perfect (i love it) and the other was faulty. Within an hour of sending my email about the faulty product a replacement was dispatched to me with a few simple questions and no argument or extra charges. Will definitely be shopping again knowing customer care is priority!
