Erehwon Point Beach

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to visit, amazing views over a BBQ and playground. Beach access via ramp or stairs, public restrooms and co o we to take out or refreshments.

Nice beach front very busy timed parking limits 4hrs and 2hrs. Has toilets and showers also a small shop at the start of the pier

It's a good beach to spend your hoiladay here. Sometimes they have live bands, good atmosphere.

Excellent area for those coming for a day or during a longer stay. This is right on the point and a nice easy walk from the main shopping area.Access to two beaches that are either side of the point. Once has the pier the other stretches for some distance. Both areas are safe for swimming but do watch the little ones. At the point there is a wonderful playground with plenty of different choices of equipment. There is a water fountain, barbeques under cover, tables, chairs, bike rack stand and even some elements for personal fitness training.. Note that dogs are not permitted here. Showers and toilets are available nearby as well. Certainly wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Pram/Stroller accessible. Good parking but do watch the time limits as the parking inspectors are vigilant. Eateries are nearby. So grab yourself an ice cream and head on down for a lovely day on the beach.

Lovely clean park looking over the water. BBQ areas are always clean. Picnic tables and bench seats to watch the children play. Toilets are just a short walk away along the beach front. Photo of the view of the water from the playground.

A beautiful calm , bay beach with a great expance of sand (when the tide is out) a great place for anyone but especially families. Very busy place in Summer with a limited number of car parking around so be careful not to park in no standing zones.

Nice rock formations just to the right of the pier (If facing towards the water). Nice climb up and down and great place to sit and dip your feet in if it’s warm enough.Well worth the visit as there are shops nearby and a playground and bbq area.
