Doors Plus Fyshwick

Demanded payment up front in December prior to installation, then installation delayed till Jan. Different stories from staff re initial delay did not inspire confidence. Jan installation, their subcontractor Ryan was fabulous, however two parts incorrect. Follow up for final part of installation from the office staff at Doors Plus was very poor. We had to call and email repeatedly to have the job finally completed 2 1/2 months after paid.Door also did not have safety markings on glass, as apparently not required on replacement doors. Disappointed that we were not told this and had to install our own after market decals. Final product is ok but would not order from this company again after this experience.

Very thankful to Doors Plus for listening to our feedback and sending someone out promptly when I rang regarding the delay in fitting our door. Matt arrived on time and fitted out our new back door, dog door and canopy with care and attention. We have a very old house and it was not an easy or standard installation. All we have to do now is paint it.

Just had Matt come install my new guardian door and dog door. Great service and friendly bloke couldn't have asked for more. He was quick and on-time but never in a rush to get to the next job made sure everything was as expected. 5 stars.

The experience we had with Doors plus was fabulous. We were replacing our outdated double doors and James helped us select the best option for the space. Charl who did the installation and his partner were so professional, friendly and did a stellar job. We couldn’t be more happy with the whole experience. Would absolutely recommend.

From start to finish my experience with Doors Plus was a breeze. James in the Fyshwick store was so friendly & really knew the products. I had them installed today by Matt, who was also very professional & competent. I would highly recommend them! Love my new doors - what a difference!

Replaced a full length double window with a new sliding patio door. The job also needed brickwork removal and other modifications. Millsy the tradesman installer did an excellent job. Finished the job in less than a day and it looks great.
