UVSL is a gym like no other. Ellie and her team are all so engaging and supportive. No matter what your fitness level is, the environment and the classes work for everyone and every body type. A year in and I’ve never enjoyed a gym so consistently.

One of the best gyms, I’ve been to so far.UVSL is a clean and best equipped space.My personal highlight are the extremely empowering and friendly girls, encouraging everyone to push beyond their limits.No random exercises, but clearly well-structured workout plans every month. Additionally, I appreciate the supportive environment (and good music) .

UVSL has truly transformed my life. As a mum of two, I was hesitant to go back to a 'gym', but I genuinely enjoy the workouts and am now in the best shape and feeling the healthiest I've been in years. I feel supported and can't thank Ellie and the team enough!

UVSL is a completely unique and boutique gym experience for women. I’ve been training in gyms for 26 years and can say UVSL is up there with the best, if not the best. Not only have I trained in gyms but have also, at times, owned them and can appreciate the hard work that Ellie and her team have put in to create this epic place. It’s results driven, professional, clean and fun. It gets the job done in under an hour and you leave feeling smashed but pumped!! Thanks UVSL!!

I have been so impressed by this gym. It’s such a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment and community to be a part of. I look forward to going to the gym which is something I’d never thought I’d say! Ellie and her team are approachable and experienced coaches who make the experience amazing! Highly recommend to all ladies in the area!

Ellie and the team do an amazing job at UVSL. I took up the opportunity to do the 7-day trial and tried out all of the class types. I signed up to a 6 month contract within the week.It’s a welcoming, inclusive, no-ego environment. All of the workouts can altered to accomodate my injury. Love it, can’t recommend it enough.
