Brad sorted out my two problems plus 3 more that I turned up with on my Campervan. Repair price was a lovely surprise. All staff were friendly and informative. Had a lot of fun buying stuff in the caravan shop. Very impressed with this company

We have just collected our Van from the service department after water damage repairs were carried out. (Not a New Age van) I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Their communication was excellent keeping us informed of the progress. The quality of the repair work was exceptional. We towed our Van to Bairnsdale from Warragul and could not be happier. Brad & Jim at New Age ( Gippsland RV ) were fantastic, they went the full monty, my van fridge wouldn’t work on 12v, fault diagnosed, faulty board replaced, thanks Brad, and as I stuffed the van camera connected to my tug, Jim replaced the plug and now fridge keeping the beer cold and I can see behind the van again. Well done boys. Van will be all yours at service time.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our new 19’ Manta Ray from New Age in Gippsland. It was definitely worth the long drive (4 hours) to Bairnsdale from our home in Melbourne. All of the staff we had interactions with were friendly and helpful. A huge shoutout to Fran amd Phil who were both extremely helpful and ready, willing and able to answer ALL of my questions (and trust me, there were a lot!), prior to, during and after our purchase. They really are very accommodating, knowledgeable and very patient! I have no hesitation in recommending them! Keep up the great work!

Purchased a Manta Ray new from the previous owner with excellent service. The new owner has kept the same staff and quality service. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Recently had a service and cannot fault the help from the polite and caring, Josh. The best New Age dealer in the country.

After spending a lot of time on the phone trying to source parts to get my camper trailer back on the road with no success, Fran at New Age Gippsland, went above and beyond,organising the necessary parts and even organising a courier to get it to me in Eden by the next morning. Repaired and mobile again by lunchtime. Recommend New Age Gippsland 100%.Thanks Fran.

We picked up our New Age caravan from Bairnsdale a few weeks ago after ordering it last year. The team were absolutely amazing to deal with and a big special thanks to Fran and Phil. They make you feel like your family.Always kept up to date even with delays and no hesitations in answering our hundreds on questions along the way.Handover went very smoothly and we were not rushed at all. We were also able to hang around at the dealership post handover to allow us to set up inside the van so we didn’t have to stress about doing this at our first caravan park that night.We live in Melbourne but after reading reviews about how great the service is from the Bairnsdale team, we did the drive out and was not disappointed.Currently out on a trip on our new van and loving it!!
