I have a build problem with my house and they are not communicating with me at all after the first email exchange that highlighted the problem. The damp proof course was fitted incorrectly effectively directing moisture into my house and not fitted correctly around the windows.

We worked with Fasham to design and build our family home nearly a decade ago now. The design is as fresh today as it was then. The quality of workmanship is standing the test of time. More importantly, the relationship and support from Emma and her team is as terrific today as it was then. From design and quote to walking in the door to occasional, and normal, maintenance items Fasham has listened to us, given excellent advice and always followed through. I would definitely work with them again.

We wanted to explore a rebuild of our house in inner-city Abbotsford. Fasham gave us a detailed briefing about what would be required, and worked on sketches with us to assess the possibilities for our site. Their architect, Bruce, worked with us to understand what our needs were, and helped us work through the things that were a priority and the things that were just 'nice to haves'. The final design was costed, with options, so that we could get a good idea of the money involved. The whole Fasham experience was a pleasure: a relaxed, professional approach, willing to work with our ideas and dreams, and lots of practical knowledge and building experience to help us make the right decision.

We built a house with Fasham on the Mornington Peninsula 5 years ago. From the outset I found Fasham easy to deal with, communication was good and they were responsive to any issues I raised. The build was project managed extremely well which minimized the stress that building a house naturally entails. We were thrilled with the final product, but importantly their after build service has been exemplary. Any defects or problems we have identified have been well managed. I would not hesitate to recommend Fasham.

Fasham’s reputation for creating light-filled spaces attracted us to them but it was the design that won us over.We had a very specific brief for our house: we needed a place where two generations could live separately but also together. The layout has enabled that and allows all members of the household to have their own privacy, with separate entrances and indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces. Which was exactly what we wanted. Appropriate orientation and thoughtful design results in sunshine lighting up the house at all times of the year.One challenge was that we have a steeply sloping site, but age and disability meant that we needed the living areas all on one level. Fasham responded with a design that achieved this and included a large home office on a lower level integrated with both the slope of the block and a large, almost fully enclosed carport. Despite this the lower levels are also light-filled.The large elevated outdoor deck and entertaining area has beautiful views of the city and again clever design resulted in this open space being private, despite being adjacent to a busy road.As with almost any building project the construction of the home took longer than we wished but the overall result was worth the wait. As the garden matures and we settle into the house we enjoy our Fasham home a little more each season.

We were very lucky to have Fasham build our house. We had a fairly clear idea about how we wanted our main living area to work , but other than that we were a bit vague about it all.Working under some extraordinarily strict parameters from both planning, budget and BAL requirements the results have surpassed even our most lofty hopes.The design works brilliantly and embraces the panoramic views to the east in such a way that guests do a double take when they walk through the door.Other than a couple of minor hiccoughs the build process was without incident and any queries or issues we brought up were dealt with promptly.Costs & variations were very clearly identified so at no time were we left in any sort of financial limbo.It is without doubt the best house we have lived in :)

Marian & JohnWe were very happy with our experiences building a home with Fasham. Initially we were not sure exactly what we wanted but were given lots of ideas and guidance. Staff were readily available and the process was clear. Fasham also gave us the opportunity to make variations from the original plan, as the construction progressed, and we saw opportunities to enhance the design e.g. placing and size of windows. Products used were of high quality. It was also very useful having access to their interior designer who assisted with style options and tricky decisions. We enjoy living in our Fasham home which is open and light and capitalises on our views. It was a good decision to go with Fasham who designed a distinctive home unique to our needs.

My parents built with Fasham. The process was very well managed and the build quality high. We had significant input into the design and we were pleased that they didn't just give us one of their designs and no other choice. We thought that being a 'bespoke' type building company rather one of the 'mass produced' companies that we would pay a premium - but we were pleasantly surprised. We would definitely build with Fasham again where we received personalised service.

We have just moved into our new Fasham home and can’t be more excited! Emma and her team were fantastic every step of the way.Designing the home with them was a very pleasant and collaborative experience. We had a list of ideas and requirements as to what we wanted, which they incorporated perfectly. They also suggested further design elements which were very practical and added so much value.Throughout the design process we had a very clear picture of what the result would look like. Changes we made along the way were implemented in a very understanding and efficient manner.The block on which they built our home was quite complex in terms of capturing views and complying with planning requirements, their design captured each element perfectly. The home has a lovely light and bright feel to it, and the spaces work very well.The quality of the build is great, and they give a high level of attention to detail in getting everything just right.Despite a lot of the construction being done during the aftermath of covid, with materials shortages and price hikes, Fasham somehow managed to keep on track and got our home built within a very reasonable time frame.Their communication is great, any questions we had were answered promptly and fully. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was very pleasant and accommodating, their whole company is keenly focussed on good customer service.Well done to the team at Fasham, if ever we do a new build again, it will certainly be by you!
