Our experience with this company from start to finish was top shelf! Tony was very professional, friendly and helpful. The carpet layer did a superb job and always had a smile on his face. We are very happy with our new carpet.There are several carpet companies on the same street, do yourself a favour and don’t waste your time as this company had the best price by far and quality carpet.

The gaps in my floor continue to widen and look terrible. Unfortunately, as the installation was paid seperately to the purchase of the product, it is proving very difficult to redeem the warranty as Tony Halilovich at The Floorinng Depot has referred me to the distributor of Elsa Planks who refers me back to the installler, Leigh Shaw. It has gone around in circles. In my opinion, it is better to work with a company that will include the cost of the installation with the product as the responsibility for the warranty is not able to be passed on.Just a follow up on my previous review. The gaps continued to widen and I ended up having to organise to have all the Elsa planks throughout my unit taken up and relaid at my own expense in '21. I wouldn't use The Flooring Depot again, I am a very disappointed and dissatisfied customer.

Just had four bedrooms carpeted by Flooring Depot. Every room looks fantastic, Mark (carper layer) did an excellent job.Not knowing much about carpet, I did the rounds of carpet shops on the coast. More then half didn't even follow up or contact me, lots of smiles and talk, not much else. Down to three, decided on Flooring Depot.The whole process was easy and stress free. Tony is very knowledgeable, helpful and gave us an excellent deal on our carpet.I highly recommend Flooring Depot at Burleigh - Great service, great deal. Thanks Kevin.

The two Tony's at Flooring Depot are the complete opposite of every other flooring place on the Gold Coast. They are kind, honest, patient, and helpful, and made the best suggestions for my flooring install. The lack of pushy sales techniques is a bonus, too!There were some delays in getting my floors installed (due to tradespeople), and they held on to my flooring for months without complaint.I would only return to the Flooring Depot and 100% recommend.
