The Raft Perth
The Raft offers a stunning location with breathtaking views. However, my dining experience was let down by the mediocre food. The excessive amount of chips served with almost every dish became monotonous. The flavors lacked depth, and the presentation was underwhelming. While the location is impressive, the food didn't live up to expectations.PS: I generally take pictures of the food but in this case I didn’t think it was worth it.

Had a lot of fun at my Christmas Party last weekend. Great cocktails, food was good and the music made for a great atmosphere. Staff were helpful and the boat over was fun! Can't wait to come back

We had an insurer event on The Raft Perth. Was a night time function.Atmosphere was amazing and you could actually sit and network with the other attendees. It felt like it was rock solid. Did have a slight roll when a boat passes but was great. Views of the Perth skyline is amazing.Staff was friendly. Food was good and can’t fault it. Lovely location.

The Raft is truly the perfect venue for any wedding!Surrounded by the city skyline lights and river views created the perfect background setting we were after to set the mood for our celebration. We chose the top drinks and food package that was true value for money.The event manager Hayley was extremely professional who ran a pre-planning session and a final overview call the week before our wedding. She gave us so much confidence they had our special day sorted as she didn’t miss anything, we were so impressed!The bar staff very friendly and kept the night flowing. The guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the food and drink package was for our wedding.All staff went beyond their call of duty and overall this venue exceeded our expectations for our wedding day!Thank you! This is my second time on the Raft. Last year it was in January 2021 and most recently this month . This is a perfect venue for a Sunday Afternoon session. The Saxophonist is an excellent addition to the venue.Last year we went for the Capri Brunch menu for $89 but we were left disappointed. Thinking that this time it was a new Brunch menu the food had improved but it left us disappointed yet againBland crumbed chicken for mains that reminded me of nursing home food , roast potatoes and slaw. Entree was a nice cheese baked with cold meat and bread.Perhaps high tea might be a more suitable option with free flow bubbles and cocktails.Can't fault the staff they were lovely and patient

What a way to spend a Friday night in Perth floating on the Swan River on The Raft with epic views of the sun setting against the city lights. Thanks to all the Raft staff for top notch service during the Wine Dinner with LS Merchants. The food was delicious, wine impeccable and vibes golden. The epic dance floor at the end of the night really capped off a perfect evening and I never get sick of the partying on the tender ride home. Highly recommend you check out the Raft to experience the magic of Perth’s Floating Bar & Eatery!

Summary: nice service, great view, disappointed & overpriced foodI went to The Raft for dinner and everything was fantastic until my partner and I saw the drinks and food. After 15 minutes of long wait, we got a small sized-cocktail (AUD 22 for one) with below average taste. Also, I couldn't believe my eyes when the steak was coming out. Steak is the main menu, but its size is like starters. After I had one bite, I was very disappointed with blend flavour and rubber-like texture. It is a unique place with a great view and crews. However, the drinks and food seem to need huge improvements.

Completely Disappointed and shocked!The cost just to board was roughly $400 for our group not too bad for such a pretty venueBut the food is an absolute joke!At $160 each platter I assumed 2 x platters would have been fine with 3 serves of chips.$35 for a plate of chips was shocking but I thought ok it’s a one if a kind venu so understandable!The chips came out late (seemed they forgot) so I had to follow it upOur whole party was shocked and pretty disappointed!When the tasting board first came out I went to speak to management as I assumed they had simply made a mistake!But no it was correct 2 pieces of cheese one blue one Brie some toast crackers and salami for $160 an absolute joke!!Perhaps $60 would have been ok even that would have been too pricey for quantity!The Small plates they served for $28 actually had more on them than the platter so I had to buy more small plates just to have enough nibbles!The wait for drinks was up to 30 minutes at times and several of my guest just asked for a refund as by the time they were finished our boat was arriving to go back to the jettyVery understaffedRidiculously overpricedLovely venu - such a Shame !As you can see form the photos the brie was only a small piece - spot the cheese if you can! For $160 Plus I paid for 2!That exact plate of chips is $35 !

We had a lovely night and everything was great. We got the tender over before sunset and the timing was perfect. We got to watch the changing pink skies and all the lights come on in the city. The food was good value and yummy. The acoustic music was brilliant and created such a nice atmosphere. The staff and service was good too.

Do not order food here.The prices are absolutely bonkers. $12.50 for one small slider, $65 for a bowl of corn ribs, and the saddest of all... $35 for a bowl of chips that apparently serves 6 people but is just a normal bowl of chips.The venue is pretentious and not welcoming at all. They're rushing in and out as many guests as possible so 20 of us were crammed around one small table that fits 8 people and spilling into the areas of another party.Tried to give feedback via the website with zero response, once again confirming how much they must care about their customers.I wouldn't bother going here.
