it wasnt bad but it wasnt good. overall food was okay.roti canai was too thick and not flaky at all 2/5Nasi Lemak fried chicken was 2/5mango mania was 3/5 i would say it was finestar of the menu is Teh Tarik 4/5 i liked the tea onlyi wont come back as it was just so so

Each time we come here, the food and service seem to get worse. The final straw was today when we waited a long time for meals to arrive. By the time my dish came out my husband and kids were done eating. They served the satay with sambal instead of peanut sauce. The beef rendang in my nasi lemak was gritty with barely any sauce and the egg was ice cold. My husband’s roti was rock hard.Such a disappointing experience.

The doors opened later than the said opening time, and still had staff sweeping the floor while we were seated. No welcome, nor induction as to ordering etc. -figure out yourself. The QR coded online ordering system has no description of the food, therefore wouldn't know what's in your food, except for a small image. Online menu had many of our favourite things as 'out of stock' (mind this was the store opening time, not 9 at night) had to opt for whatever was available.Papparich has been one of our favourite eateries since pre-covid times.Not sure if it's just the Fountain gate store or Papparich overall has dropped its standards. The food was underwhelming, ordered the noodle, which I've had many time before (but at other stores) was dry and not spicy as it indicated. Also ordered some roti with curries- not had such a dense roti at Papparich before, and didnt look appetising either- also the one serve of roti seemed small for a fair meal for one person (at least smaller than what we've had before) - added another roti for $5 something. Was served with less curry too. Overall, isn't worth the money as it used to.And zero dessert options were available to order (2 online were 'out of stock').Won't be back, sadly. Wish it was a better experience.

Very happy with the service and the chefs cooked really well all the food we ordered. Really tasty and fresh. Nice drinks too. Will come back for sure. Recommended dine in.

Worst papparich I have experienced in Melbourne. Rice was soggy and also the noodles was over boiled presentation was very bad. I will not recommend to it anyone. The glass and plates were not cleaned properly. Beef rendand was dry with a very small sauce.

I ordered your famous dish chicken curry with rotti and the teh tharik tea. Poor food quality rotti was too dry and not tasty. Worst service I have ever experienced. Disappointed.

Food took a bit of time to arrive but tasty. One roti didn’t seem enough for the curries. Should have an option to order more roti.I left behind my sunglasses inside the restaurant and when I realized shop had closed. Went there next day morning and staff had kept it safely for pickup. Fantastic staff!
