Very thorough inspection report - we had two inspections for building and pests. The inspection was balanced overall, highlighting areas that may need attention. The critical areas for attention were clear in the report. The photos that were attached were appropriate and highlighted the issues mentioned in the report. I would use this company again.

Kurt is trust worthy, efficient and professional. He was contactable after hours about questions we had in relation to the reports and provided informative information about the property so that we could make the best decision about buying the house. Inspection Protection produced a very thorough home building inspection report of my new property purchase in Guyra. They were able to detect a handful of significant repairs and maintenance issues required to prior settlement for my home purchase. As I was new to the New England area their local knowledge was valuable. The service was first rate!
