Very helpful people, no matter what the pool issue. I don't go in very often but when I get my pool water checked I always try to buy something, small as it may be.

Inexperienced staff,never go back.

Very poor customer service. Technician changed settings which stopped my pool filter from working, then left without it working. Go elsewhere

Location is handy as we don't have transport, and always do pool testing for free and will always help out in fixing my pool problems.

Wow where do I start with these guys? As a new pool only, Poolwerx Toowoomba would have to be one of the most amazing teams I have ever had do business with. They not only taught me how to look after my new pool, but they also gave me great advise on how to get the best out my pool and my pool equipment.These guys are not only an absolute pleasure to deal with, but are also able to pass on their superior pool knowledge to me in a way that I could understand how to help look after my pool. Nothing is ever to hard or even a bother when it comes booking a service, asking questions, testing my pool water or buying supplies.Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and above all professional and trustworthy. Poolwerx Toowoomba provide prompt, friendly and reliable service. They are always courteous and happy to answer any questions in relation to my pool or equipment. They offer competitive pricing which is reasonable for the chemicals our pool requires on a fortnightly basis.Highly recommend
