Great experience from start to finish. Shannon was nothing but helpful. As far as car dealers go, i generally don't trust them but Shannon proved he is not like the rest. I never felt pushed to make a decision. He patiently answered all of my questions honestly and openly and explained the entire history of the car in great detail prior to purchase. The incredibly fair policy on test drives actually gives you the time needed to understand if the car is right for you. The price was very fair and Shannon was very helpful when it came to my finance. I'd give iDeal automotive 6 stars if i could! Hope to buy another car from iDeal in the near future.
