Servicing is average as I had my Dmax there and some staff helpful but others wasn't.Should of gone to Brisbane Isuzu to get done as they was helpful.

Wow. We had hauled our MH 1500kms in les than 2 days. Fitted us in at short notice, great service, great lounge area with good cafe grade coffee and cake, let us take the dog into the AC lounge, all staff looked happy were SO friendly and everything was clean (given its a service centre too). Boy do they get ‘ customer service’ in a way that many businesses in Aust have forgotten.

Honest, reliable service while we were broken down 400+ kilometres from home. We were loaned a courtesy vehicle and our truck had preference as we were so far from home and were desperate to get back on the road. They returned our calls promptly and their invoice was less than we expected. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks Black Truck Sales!

Great sale's people, but the parts for a brand new AG machine 0.. not good as a contractor... 2 weeks and waiting... Was told before I purchased they carried the parts... These parts are the mid to high wearing components...

After speaking with a couple of Ram dealers in Brisbane, I become frustrated with their service and lack of professionalism so Ram Australia put me in contact with Brock. He was so easy to speak with and explained as much information as he had on the new models coming out mid year. We are really looking forward to embarking on our ram journey with Brock at the helm.
