Chatime Kotara

This place is one of my favourite chatimes, however on a busy night with 15+ people waiting there is only two girls on which would normally be fine but the blonde is refusing to help her coworker, is just standing filling up mostly full bottles of syrup. Neglecting to take other customers orders and isn’t helping with the massive wait for people who already ordered! She’s bringing the team down when I know for a fact the girls here work their butts off and are brilliant!

I went here last night and ordered a large mango green tea, with 1/2 ice and the cup was full of ice, the drink also was not filled to the top, so i didn’t really get value for money

Generally I love this Chatime, but super disappointed this time. My order was green apple tea, no sugar, 1/2 ice, lychee jelly and apple pooping pearls. The order was taken correctly, but was made with no ice and no jelly. I only tried it when I got home or I would have taken it back. It didn't taste great either, kinda like mixed up cordial. I get this order regularly and it's usually great.

Always come to this chatime because two of the girls make me the best chatime. The blonde girl and I think manager are always so nice and lovely and make the best drinks, so every time I go there I pray that they're on so they make me my drink. Definitely recommend if they are working!!

Normally wouldn’t write a review but every time I go to this place, it’s trash customer service. Haven’t met one decent person who takes the order properly and politely. They honestly seem miserable every time. Gave it several chances, never going back again. Otherwise love chatime’s tea. :)

Worst Chatime in Australia. Only go if you wanna get scolded for spending your own money!I don’t know why you are not doing anything with the rude blonde girl that everyone else mentioned. I’ve been here countless times and yes the tea tastes awful at times but I can understand that. But something needs to be done with this terrible customer service. Other staffs are usually lovely but the blonde girl that was pictured in the other review, She is ALWAYS rude and never fails to disappoint me. I’ve never seen her being friendly to any of the customers. She only talks when she chit chats with the workers or when she’s being rude to you. Even if you get a wrong order, she will never say sorry and make you feel like it’s your fault. Tried to understand as it can be busy at times but even if the store’s empty she’s still extremely rude and especially after how she handled my wrong order not visiting here EVER again until she quits. I don’t know how she still works with that attitude after numerous reviews here just on that particular staff. They surely don’t care about the customers’ reviews

They gave me the wrong drink and the customer service was disgusting. The lady was rude and mean in general

I'm a bubble tea fanatic and I regularly visit this particular Chatime and I have never had a problem with it. The staff is ALWAYS friendly to me and my daughters and if I'm having trouble deciding what to have, the staff has been more than happy to offer suggestions based on what I like. The Kotara location is the best, by far, of all the locations I've visited. The tea is actually freshly brewed as opposed to powder and water, like other tea shops, and the pearls are always perfectly cooked. Directly across from Time Zone and next to Sushi Musa so give it a try! And I always suggest extra pearls!

Ordered two of the exact same drink last night and they were entirely different. One had no ice and the other had a little ice (we ordered half), one had so much brown sugar syrup it was undrinkable and we threw it out. I hate waste but my boyfriend couldn’t stomach it either. Neither drink was prepared properly and the service was rude. I was so disappointed I will not be coming back.

It is so expensive for a small tea (I’m just poor) but never fails to slay!
