First time using Annual Pest Management and Brads service exceeded our expectations. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to show us all areas where we needed to focus on to help prevent termites which we really appreciated!We were looking for a pest control company as the previous organisation we used left us disappointed by their service each time. Felt like we were a hassle and a burden to them. Brad is a legend and never made us feel like we were a nuisance and never seemed bothered by our questions. I have been using annual pest management since we bought our house 3 years ago and we found it had termites. Ben did an amazing job taking care of the termites. He has a no nonsense approach. He was significantly more affordable than other quotes we received and a lot more genuine. More recently Justin has been doing ongoing termite checks and sprays and is also extremely easy to get along with. It’s a pleasure to deal with annual pest management. Highly recommend.

Awesome I didn’t even realise there was a warranty until Jason came in and sprayed the place. Very professional service, explained everything. We were able to also be home and it happened so quickly and thoroughly. He told us of any of his findings and let us know when we need to do this again!
