Pathetic!If you have a pre booked appointment and you have misplaced your bank card, they will not help you! Even when told I'll come back this afternoon to pay for it. Nope! Absolutely pathetic! And very rude!

Staff are lovely, Sami the dentist happily answers all my questions with a smile ( I have a lot).He was able to work on and repair a tooth without any pain that other dentists couldn’t do and I’m grateful for that. They have ALL the modern equipment so 3D X-rays, a 3D thing that made a new porcelain cap for me on the spot and fitted at the time of appointment. No back and forth or town visits. Bit more work to do, so heading back.Prices seem pretty good.

Worse ecperience i have had. The arrogant dr szmy informed me that he made perfect dentures, well i guess your wrong dr samy. After numerous appointments trying to get my dentures in i had waied for 18months to get my new top teeth. When i smile, yawn or ea, they come loose. When i sneeze or cough they come out. I dread going for a meal as two bites in im trying to get to stay in, i resort to putting my thumb in my mouth and pushing them back in. Dr samy you say they dont fit because of my bottom teeth are fixed...wEll they will be fixed by a much better dental service.can contnue to eat is by

After cancelling an appointment due to my son being sick and recovering from cancer the receptionist betina Chloe and Dr Taylor decided i am not worth of a appointment nor emergency appointment. They removed one tooth instead both leaving the other exposed and infected making it hard for me to breast feed she said I am not a priority to them, deposit was already paid upfront for two months of being refused emergency treatment.

Fitted me in for an emergency appointment within 2 hrs and fixed a broken bridge and tooth disaster perfectly. Davina was so professional AND GENTLE it was amazing and the girls in reception were so helpful.Good experience all round.
