Sonia’s follow up and care for your well-being post massage is excellent too. A quality human who truly cares about her clients and doing a job exceptionally well, I am glad I found her 4 years ago following spinal surgery.

The remedial massage worx space is easy to find, easy to park and is fresh, clean and lovely. It's conducive to a great massage experience. Sonia is professional and thorough, always checking to make sure pressure was just right ... which it was. I certainly felt I left with greater flexibility than when I came and have booked another appointment. I certainly experienced a very good massage and left feeling very happy with the whole experience.

Sonia is the best! I’ve seen her for both remedial and lymphatic massage for the last couple of years, and both are excellent, treating specific pains and generally keeping my body functioning well.

Being in the fitness industry certainly takes a toll on my body and I love that I have a found a remedial masseuse so close to home that listens, but more importantly, understands what my body is needing at that moment in time. Since she understands the repetitive work that I do, she able to focus on the areas that need it most. Pressure is great, and the space is very calming and welcoming. I do like to chat, but massage time is MY time and Sonia knows when I want to zone out and just chill. She also offers myofacial cupping and needling, which have helped my back and quads a lot! I attend her Tascott clinic and definitely recommend Sonia! Look forward to my 90 min massage every fortnight!

She is amazing at finding and healing pain and tightness within the body. I have seen many physical therapist in the past and Sonia is by far my favourite, not only because she healed my chronic pain but also her friendly and kind attention.
