Tower systems has not only helped my business grow as a newsagency but it has given me the opportunity to start an online baby store from within. I wouldn’t have had the confidence to do this on my own. It is growing and has been a big learning experience but Tower has been there every step of the way to help when needed. Thankyou

Been using Tower POS Systems for a few years now and it is by far the best system we have used (Been through a few!) We initially had teething problems but there is not a system that you won't have them.The whole Tower Crew fixed any issues (Normally User Issues) and always had us up and trading!One of the best things I have found is that they are very interactive.. If you need something adjusted or if there is something new you want to add to the program, they do their very best to include it in regular program updates.We like to keep things as simple as possible, Tower lets us do that, but we also venture into new things all the time and the rewards to the business are unbelievable.Looking for a POS System that grows with your business, you have found it - Tower Systems, you will not regret the change!

This is a great piece of software to use. It has really improved the profitability of our business. Customer support is exceptional and they update and improve the software throughout the year. Suits our online store and they use the software in their own stores as well.

Tower Systems was exactly the right type of Point of Sale Software I was looking for for my small retail business. It's easy to implement, easy to use, and the support from the office has been awesome. I'd recommend to anyone. It was definitely worth changing over from our old system.

HI All,We have been using Tower Systems in our Fishing, Camping and Marine Retail store since October 2016 and have found it to have a comprehensive range of features. The program does everything we need and more. Takes a while to learn but from my experience using computers over the years so does every other software program. The back up service is second to none and in the early days we called quite a bit. I don't think we have called Tower Systems help line for several months now as our six staff including myself have sorted out most of the teething problems. Tbh, have no problems with the system whatsoever.Nonetheless an answer to a simple trouble shooting costing $220 for a support call is frankly - unbelievable.Also, a 15 year client.The lady who picked up the call did not seem phased and was not very responsive to the urgency of the matter.

I have a retail gift/fashion store in SA and have used the Tower POS system for approximately 15 years +.The system has been instrumental in growing my business through it's marketing capabilities. It is very user friendly and extremely helpful in reports and the day to day running of the business.Tim has been a pleasure to work with, always professional, helpful and generally a great guy.
