BFT Berwick

I have been a member of bfit berwick for about 4 months now and I could not recommend them highly enough! All of their coaches are friendly, genuinely passionate and make time for each and every member during, and even before and after training. Their brand motto is “different - better” and I think this speaks very truly as they are unique in the way they run their studio! It is a circuit-style set up but they ensure you are getting equal cardio (in different forms), strength training, co-ordination training etc. throughout the week. Big thanks to all of the coaches for being the amazing people that you are!! You have fostered an amazing environment where people make friends and have a lot of fun!

Hands down the best functional training studio I’ve never been to. The coaches are knowledgeable and focus on getting the best out of your training. The studio is spacious, clean and the equipment is second to none.But the best thing about this studio is the sense of community and plenty of welcoming smiley faces.A session at BFT will never be a wasted one.

I love training at BFT Berwick - all the staff are amazing, they’re so helpful, friendly and encouraging. Great vibe, super clean facilities and the workouts are the best.

I have been a member of BFT Berwick since they opened and couldn't recommend the gym higher. The facilities are second to none and the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. After 12 months I still feel motivated to go everyday and have seen amazing results. If you are looking for a good gym look no further :)

Hands down my favourite BFT! I’ve visited a few Body Fits and was even a member at a different location initially, but very grateful to call Berwick my home studio now.All the staff - even the owners, are super lovely, welcoming and friendly from day 1. They care about you and your goals and do everything they can to support you along the way. The vibe and atmosphere is unmatched and I’ve made some awesome friends here too thanks to the awesome community they have built.Thanks team for welcoming me in!

Great place to exercise in.Good vibes, environment, very clean and a massive space to do our workout in.Can't recommend enough.

Honestly wish I joined BFT Berwick sooner! I’ve always been very scared of group training but since joining I’ve felt nothing but welcome. All the coaches and community they have built are so friendly, supportive and motivating and always make each session the highlight of my day!Cannot recommend enough!

Never been apart of a more lovely and supportive community of people. The trainers are amazing and push you to your absolute limits… basically like being in your average gym.P.s Chris is the best !

Honestly the best gym ever! There’s such a great community at BFT where everyone is always so welcoming and inclusive! I’m lucky enough to have made a lot of friends while training here too :)The trainers are literally the best!I love training here, it’s the best way to start my day!
