We used BCI when purchasing a new house. As the property was a little older, we wanted to make sure that everything was as it should be.We couldn’t be any happier with how BCI did. Their communication was great from the very start, with a prompt follow up to my inquiry, and clear, concise emails afterwards. The inspection was arranged via the real estate agents, which kept things very simple for me.The final reports were easy to review, but obviously prepared with attention to detail and an excellent knowledge of the work to be done - including photos in both the main inspection and the termite report was a really nice touch.Would definitely recommend!

Very happy with our choice to use BCI for our building and pest inspections. Very responsive to our initial query and they were able to schedule us in with a tight timeframe (and an upcoming public holiday) to meet contract deadline for inspection. Quality of the report was excellent and reasonably priced also.

BCI gave us such peace of mind from when I spoke to the receptionist (Jade), who was friendly and answered my questions and was very knowledgeable, to when the slab inspection was done and we continued to receive a high level of service.The inspection was carried out quite quickly after the slab went down and the report sent in a very timely manner, which we really appreciated. Adrian, our inspector, he went out of his way to call us right after the inspection, to let us know how it went so we didnt have to wait for the report to know what was done and not understand what we were reading. It was such a lovely, personal touch. He was friendly on the phone and explained the main points we needed to know. We thought that was such genuine customer service, so much so that we decided that we will continue to use BCI at every stage until Practical Completion (originally we were just going to use them for Slab and then at the end for PC). We highly recommend using BCI!!

Being out of state, we relied on the staff at BCI WA to act on our behalf.BCI worked quickly, efficiently and professionally and at times patiently answering our questions on the different build methods used across the different states.

BCI were not the cheapest building and pest inspection provider which provided us with a quote, but they were the most professional and provided a very thorough report including comprehensive photos and demonstrated knowledge of relevant building codes. You get what you pay for and BCI comes highly recommended.
