Just purchased two sausage rolls from here, yuk! Home made sausage mince full of gristle & lumps of whatever and no taste, where’s the salt & pepper? Pies were ok.

Nice country bakery which we ended up visiting a couple of times. Friendly and efficient staff, wide range of bakery opinions, plus very good coffee, hot or iced. Indoor and outdoor seating, or just cross the Capricorn Highway and sit in the park. Also, the sliced bread is good as well.

We had a good Pie here. The staff need to remember that customers like to feel welcome. Just because you have served a bunch of people, we are individuals and so treating each person with a smile and welcome is still needed.I have eaten better pies, and I have eaten worse pies, but I will go back to a place where the staff are awesome.I will give this place another go when I am passing through next time, I hope the staff are more energetic then.

Stopped in here for lunch while passing through and was served by Amy-Leah..She was the most polite and friendly young lady . The food was good too and reasonably priced. Highly recommend stopping in here.

Stopped in for dinner on our way through to Aramac. Purchased some lovely fresh bread. As they reopen for dinner we ordered dinner whilst we were there, service was quick from the very friendly staff. The meals were delicious and were a very generous serving size. Would definitely recommend supporting this local business.

We regularly pop down to the bakery for burgers and coffee. Owners Aaron and Aimie-lee go above and beyond for their regulars (as you can see from our dessert!) Would highly recommend checking it out!

Wow. All for supporting small towns and bunisses but someone here is seriously taking the mickey. Order two but worst 'steak and pepper' pies ever, should not be labelled like that. Thought for a moment they'd mistakenly sold is chicken pies but found they were actually full of globules of flour and lack of flavour to go with it. Unusual taste as well. Didn't finish them. They shouldn't be selling pies like this. Too embarrassed for the bakery to go back and complain.People in Barcaldine must have low standards.Just passing through so won't be back anyway.

Awesome chicken Ceasar salad! Stopped here in 2019 & had to stop here again for lunch. Highly recommend! (Salad has been half eaten because it's so delicious and I forgot to take a photo when I got it).Keep up the yummy food! Will be back for sure! <3

We were on a bus tour and stopped here for lunch. WOW! Meals were generous and so tasty. Coffee lovely and hot and not luke warm like most. Cakes, slices and tarts were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend to passing travellers and locals.

Great bakery on the main street of Barcaldine. had a couple of excellent pies, i love pies. And Hubby had a salad. He drooled and raved about it for an hour. The coffees were great. Only a young group running the shop on the day we were there but they did an excellent job and should be proud of their high quality service.
