The team and my trainer at Physique transformations made me feel welcome immediately. I can’t believe I am saying this, but it is fun to exercise here - and I love how I am getting fitter and stronger. I get a new program every 3 weeks which slowly builds up my strength and keeps it varied and fun. Thanks Antoinette and all at Physique

I've been training with Physique for close to a year now and I'm so glad I joined. Each week I get stronger and I love feeling the progress.My trainer is delightful and always encourages me to be my best with her can do attitude and killer music selection.

I'm such a newbie when it comes to a gym lifestyle and I've never been happier here, Everyone is so welcoming but I've gotta give the biggest shout out to Ashley! She's been my PT for over a month now and I'm already seeing results but the best part is im actually enjoying going to the gym! One of the days I have to bring my 2yr old son and everyone rallies around him and occupies him while I train! Ashley is also a massage therapist and is absolutely amazing at it!! If your umming and arring about signing up like I was just do it! You won't regret it everyone is absolutely wonderful!

Simply the best place in town. I have never done gym thrice after paying fee in my life but now over two months with Callum Ellis and loving it. Everything here is perfect. Trainers are very professional, polite and customise training to suit and match your age, body type and capability. My last session with another trainer at another gym was so hard that I could not walk properly for a week but here I love the way it gradually improved everything. I am feeling much energetic and stamina wise, also my body now pushes me to go gym. I highly recommend this place to every one wishing to have a healthy and fit lifestyle. I was recommended and pushed by my daughter Sharmyn who trains here thrice and trained with Callum (the best). A very friendly, family and non-intimidating environment where the personal trainers really take an interest in you and tailor the program to suit your needs and goals. Definately recommended!
