Kids World Adventure Playland & Cafe - Bankstown

Poor lighting (some spots are literally dark...refer to photos attached), poor ventilation (especially busy hours) and poor cleaning (you can easily notice dust from months..refer to attached photos). Expensive cafe menu.These things for parents to be aware of as kids won't mind, they can see good options of equipments.

(edit to respond to owner)I will definitely name and shame a person who is rude and refuses entry to a child with a disability.As said previously, yes, we have been multiple times before and have never been refused entry EVEN when your employees saw my child without socks playing. They were kind enough to understand and allow my child to stay when I told them he has a disability. You seem to have many bad reviews against your manager Georgia, you should definitely look at hiring someone else as “manager” for your business before you lose many many more customer. Have a great day.DISCRIMINATION AGAINST KIDS WITH DISABILITIES.Appalling customer service by the MANAGER GEORGIA.If I could give 0 stars to Kids world Punchbowl, I would.My child who has special needs was refused entry by the MANAGER GEORGIA. I explained to her my child refuses to wear socks due to his disability / sensory issues, and does not wear socks on a normal day.She continued to dismiss what I had to say and came off very snobby. I was very disgusted by her attitude. I understand there are rules to be followed, although she could’ve been a little more understanding. We had been to kids world multiple times prior to this and were never refused entry. I will not be bringing my child back here after today, and I suggest others not to bring their child/children here if they have a disability.

A terrible play centre experience. I was very disappointed with the facilities, service and lack of mannerism from staff.The play equipment was very dirty and almost all areas were damaged.(refer to photos).The staff were very unacommodating and very poor service and mannerism especially from the manager who I assume was dressed in blue.The odor from the toilets were unbearable and extremely unhygienic.My child had fallen and hit his face while playing on one of the damaged equipment. Staff couldn't care less and didn't even offer an ice pack until I had to ask for one.Unfortunately I had to give a 1 star rating in order to write this review but my honest opinion is that this centre needs a serious make over and some serious customer service training.The food service was poorly organized waited 15 minutes in line to be served and 30mins to recieve a sandwich.There are far better play centres around with much better service and safer facilities. I do not recommend attending this centre.

Very rude manager on today. The vending machines took my daughters money, and wouldn't return it to her so we told manager (who didn't look like she was remotely interested) and she told me to just call the number on the machine. She was super rude, 0 customer service and I've seen her here for years, never a smile. She was too lazy to call the machine herself to let them know its faulty and doesn't refund money if you are short $1. Ate the $2 and wouldn't return it, she didn't want to put a sign or call them. Was so arrogant. The other staff member serving me today was lovely, u should promote her to manager.

Best play place for all kinds of ages and groups. The best thing about it is that you can do a birthday celebration as well. It has a 3 or 4 separate room for celebration. Staff are nice and friendly. They need to update new stuff for the playgrounds and need a bit of cleaniness.

Disorganised place with awful staffTo start with the place doesn't have proper lighting to host a party. I had informed them couple of weeks ago and still it was not fixed. with awful staff not returning the bond with various reasons like you'll were 15 minutes late. If its a party we cannot just chase the guests. Also the food was not up to the standard at all. Overall its old and falling apart. Its better to look in to other options if its a party.

After reading really bad reviews, I was skeptical about taking my children there for a birthday party we had over the weekend. But we were pleasantly surprised. The reviews I read prior said that the play centre was dirty, the staff were incompetent and the equipment was broken. I found the opposite. The staff were constantly going around spraying and wiping down tables etc, the staff were all so helpful and nice. There were two trainee female staff members on from memory and both of them were doing a great job. And I didn’t notice any broken equipment. One of the male staff members also made it clear to people entering of the rules and that no nuts were to be brought into the centre, which I though was very reassuring for all children/parents wanting to come and play there. Their food and coffee was decent. Both my 2 year old and 4 year old enjoyed it. Will definitely be back soon!

One of the best playgrounds we’ve ever been! It’s spacious, it has equipment for all ages and also the amazing blow-up slide!The menu has all the classics, but it gives you lots of healthy options, for both adults and children. Everything is fresh and you can actually see the people in the kitchen preparing them.The staff are super amazing! Excellent customer service, polite and working non-stop. There’s always a staff member walking around with a dustpan and a disinfectant. I’ve personally witnessed customers being extremely rude to them but they’ve dealt with great professionalism!We’re coming here every week and will continue to do so!Thank you Kids World!

Good value as it's unlimited play and adults are free. Can easily spend a few hours there. Could do with a bit more monitoring by staff because it can get pretty wild with all sorts of kids there. Most kids are pretty good but there's a few that are more rough, as expected.
