Good little service station

Great servo with great service.If you're like me and sick of the competitors" (you know.. the ones on every corner) and having to wait for them to turn the fuel pump on and then wait an extra eon to get served.... go support these guys.They're efficient

Best customer service I have ever experienced today from Christian, the young man on the counter at Liberty Magill. I was a long way from home, on empty and had no wallet with me only my phone. IT challenged, it was not set up for banking. Christian worked with me to try and set up banking - eventually it failed as I couldn't remember all the passwords. In the end He told to fill up and he would pay for me, then I could transfer the funds to him!!!! I did that and transferred to him - marvelling at his patience and generosity. A truly great young man with an innate sense of the importance of customer service. One of the BEST!

John went above and beyond helping my P plater daughter when her car wouldn't start at the pump. He tried to jump start her car himself when that failed he sat her down called roadside assistance using his own membership and already had everything in place when I arrived. His kindness and generosity are wonderful examples of how to be in this world. He is a fascinating man to talk to as well if you ever have the chance!

Lady at the counter was incredibly rude and unprofessional! You should not advertise that you take fuel cards but then go to pay and be told in a rude manner that you cant! And on top you blame the customer for it!! Will never go there again or recommend.

advertising drink specials that have expired.. then rudely refusing to honor them. not the customers fault your staff is lazy and didnt remove drink specials.

Proper servo more oil than slushies and cappuccinos

Came in on Saturday to get a drink and saw they had 2 Gatorade style 1l for $5.80. Went to buy and came up as $11.00. Pointed it out to the attendant who apologised and said the system hadn't been updated with that deal and she couldn't put through at the advertised price without a manager who was not there that day. So I went for a different deal, also not updated. Attendant was apologetic but the fact that they couldn't sell items at the advertised for multiple deals is pretty terrible.

I only gave 1 star cause i had to, write this review i wouldn't have used this petrol station if i knew how unhelpful the staff were i preset the cost of my fuel the pump didn't stop & her reaction was oh well!!! NOT HAPPY
