Great customer service. Sue made altering my wedding dress super painless. She even helped me do up the back of my massive dress before and after altering. The dress was altered within a week! Which is crazy considering some alternation services for dresses can take months.Would definitely recommend to my friends! Thank you Sue!

By far the best alterations lady in town. Service of the highest quality and always done with a welcoming smile and greeting. I have been going to Ritzy for years now, bringing simple and complicated alterations. From taking up a simple hem to altering a gown for a wedding with major detailed adjustments. All alterations have been done exceptionally well and I would highly recommend Ritzy to anyone needing these skills.

I took 2 jackets in to be altered. Not only were they done quickly, but they turned out just the way I wanted. Excellent service, will definitely be using then again.

Love going to Sue at Ritzy Alterations! She's always professional, details oriented with fast, reliable service. I've had simple hem alterations, tricky hidden zips, and delicate clothing that needed taking in. Sue was always spot on and reasonably priced. I'm sure you'll be just as happy with her skills.

Sue gave wonderful advice on altering my dress and it was a very fast turn around. I also took my damaged wedding dress to her to see if it could be repaired. Instead, she showed me how I could fix it myself without any charge. Very generous! I will be taking any clothing alterations to Ritzy without hesitation.
