Came for the renowned camel burger, the meat color doesn't look appealing but taste better that expectation, like 70% beef + 30% lamb

Came here during the Ramadan season and one of my biggest motivation to drive all the way here was to try the famous camel burger! It is absolutely delicious, boss is also friendly and everyone is working hard to feed the huge hungry crowd there! Great place for dinner and supper, and don’t forget to grab some arabic coffee and knafeh close by!

i got a whole chicken, and itcame looking like dog food!!it was dry and im gussing its second food. looks like someone has eaten it and they gave it to us.there were lots of boneless chicken as seen in the pictures provided. so shameful, they treating us like their feeding dogs on the streets.

staff does not know about hygiene disposed of plate after customer finished eating in store threw in in bin and did not wash his hands meanwhile chewing a chewing gum whilst preparing food did not ever wear gloves used same utensils repeatedly even though you could see they had not been washed for quite a while . all I can say I hope the health department doesn't go to see them .. as for me I will nether go back to that store....

I went in for a burger when at the shops, after a long day's work. I expected to wait for the meat to be cooked - I waited 15 minutes - but I was the only person there and the customer service were not rude. The furniture was not appealing to sit on, even for waiting- extremely worn out and dirty. There was something splashed from food or something else on the entrance. It took myself to accidently step in it before the worker cleaned it. I saw them get my order wrong, had to remind them. I opened my burger at home....ohh wow....there was ONE HALF a slice of tomato. Some lettuce, no onion. I felt cheated. The two thin meat patties were smaller than the bread by far. They looked and tasted like frozen, thin patties. I've had a beef burger at the Auburn franchise - delicious, thick. No wonder it wasn't busy when I was there. I read a review comment from months ago..the air-conditioning in the middle is STILL dirty. Not somewhere to go for a decent feed or place to sit. This is just a call for management - need to refresh the place and make sure orders are accurate.

I got the Charcoal Chicken Wrap Meal and I seriously did not enjoy it. The wrap was filled with garlic sauce and when I tasted it all I could taste was garlic sauce, pickled turnips and lettuce that was put in there, the fries were soggy and there was wayyy too much salt on them. Def not my kinda meal.

Honestly, it wasn't great. I dropped 20 bucks on a meal that was seriously disappointing. I got the Camel burger with Chips, but the chips were all soggy and oily, so I ended up chucking them in the bin. My kid didn't like them at all.The burger itself wasn't much better. There was only one tiny piece of tomato and a little bit of lettuce, with one really thin slice of meat and cheese on top. It was so salty, I could barely taste anything else. And to top it all off, while I was waiting to complain about the food, I saw the staff cutting one patty of meat in half to serve two burgers. Honestly, it felt like I was getting cheated.Long story short, I won't be eating at your place again. Zero stars for sure. And to make matters worse, the staff didn't seem interested in hearing my feedback at all. They just pretended they didn't know anything about it. Not cool, guys.Hope you take this feedback on board and make some improvements.
