After an initial hiccup when the vehicle was first ordered due to a change in staffing, I am more than happy with the service provided by the Sales team at Eastside Skoda during a difficult time thanks to Covid restrictions. Special thanks go to Rob Little for his service and ease to deal with. Thanks to Alberto Aurisano for a most comprehensive handover. After buying numerous new cars, this is the first time that a car has been delivered with a full tank of fuel... without having to negotiate... not a major thing, but a very pleasant surprise. I now look forward to a long association with the guys at Eastside Skoda who will be looking after my Kodiaq Sportline.

I recently bought a Superb Scout from Eastside Skoda, and a big thanks to Grindon and Josh for all their help they were absolutely lovely to deal with.I also spoke to Dale who when I went to hand in the additional key for my trade-in on my second visit and he went beyond and above to find a brochure for me.A massive thank-you to all their help…truly sensational.

Disappointed with my service here. Decided to try a new service location due to convenience for my 2019 Fabia. Was charged extra for a brake fluid change even though I had received this in my previous service. I have also already paid for my 5 year service package so was not sure why I had to pay this out of pocket. The advisor Wayne reassured me this was correct at the time of service. Questioned it at the time but wasn’t confident enough to push for it. Checked terms and conditions after and checked with my usual service advisor. Called up and they apologise for the mistake and were happy to provide a refund however, I’ve sent several emails and called them about this, it’s been 5-6 weeks now and I haven’t received my refund. They just want sales, don’t come here.

The service guys here are just fantastic.The job is always done on time as promised, booking in is quick and professional, everything is neat.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. We purchased a Skoda Octavia in 2017. We were sold a $1295 extended warranty. Recently our car broke down and the gear box had to be replaced. Eastside Skoda refused to honour the warranty. The reason - we had not had our vehicle serviced at their dealership. We have always had our car serviced at a Skoda Dealership. As a result we have had to pay almost $4,000 to replace a gear box and have the car serviced after 6 years and 97,000ks. This, to my mind, is not a reasonable cost of servicing after 6 years. We are bitterly disappointed that this dealership sells warranties that are not worth the paper they are written on. In addition, Skoda only offer a 2 year warranty on a $3,500 gearbox replacement. Avoid this dealership and avoid the Skoda Brand. They do not stand by their product. I wrote to Skoda Australia and received a patronising pro forma response. A very bitter and expensive mistake for us to buy a Skoda. Never again!

We just bought a new Octavia RS and we love it. Johann was excellent and very helpful throughout the process. The car was presented beautifully when we went to pick it up and Johann spent quite a bit of time introducing us to all of the functionality. We're very happy with the service and our new car.

Recently purchased a three Skoda Kodiaq from Eastside Skoda. The buying and aftercare service provided by Albert and Rob at Skoda was exceptional. Have no hesitation in recommending Rob to any prospective buyers as Albert already left. Thank you Robert.

Iv just transacted my third car in 4 years from Eastside Skoda, there team is the best. Everytime I deal with Johann he is informative and effecient.. I usually need a new car within a week or so and the last two times I have driven out within in days, finance and all.. There management team is easy going and finance is easy. If you need a Skoda, (and you should, because there the best car at price point) travel to Eastside. Ask for Johann his knowledge of these cars blew me away, when he told me stuff about my four year old kodiaq I had no idea. Thanks guys, see you in 2025, (probably).
