It was pleasure for my wife and I to purchase our FUSE Tahoe Multi carpet from Hali, that was delivered today.We wanted a floor covering that would 'pull together' the room, with its colours, furnishings and art work.We took photos of the room and presented our brief to Valerie who explained the characteristics of the different fabrics, extensive styles, and sizes, that they, and their network, had on offer.We did not have a clear picture in our mind about what we wanted. Valerie and her team were very patient.It was clear to us at the end of the exercise which carpet we both loved.The carpet we see today, on our floor, has exceeded our expectations.The purchase, delivery, and installation (with an underlay) went seamlessly.The hallmarks of our experience with Hali Brisbane were:-Great sense of style, extensive range, solid knowledge of the product, good advice, patience, humour and generosity.Certainly, we would shop at Hali Brisbane again.

We had a lovely experience with Hali rugs. We went with a New Zealand wool Dapper Rug in sand colour which looks beautiful in our home. At first we were unable to get this rug and were disappointed because we were going to have to settle for a different colour. We were told that it would be several months before they would have more stock and we nearly missed out but Valerie went to extreme efforts to make sure we didn't miss out on the final one in Sand colour that magically appeared in stock interstate. We love our new rug and couldn't be happier with our experience purchasing it from Hali rugs. Valerie made us feel welcome and at home throughout the entire process and never put any pressure on us to buy. We will be back for sure and couldn't recommend Valerie and Hali Rugs enough.
