I've had the pizza from this site several times while traveling through. The pizza was nice but it's a little pricey for what you get.

We travelled through Hay the other day and phoned ahead to order our pizza. Very impressive customer service and the quality of the pizza speak for themselves. Delicious Pizzeria-style pizza with generous topping distribution. Well worth stopping next time you are in Hay.

Quirky, Christmas wares store front, so it's easy to miss it at first when walking by. Super tasty, medium 'Bill's pizza was very flavourful and more than enough for 2 adults. Lovely owners too."

Got a takeaway gluten free pizza and it’s delicious :) GF only comes in size “small” atm but is definitely enough for one person. (I think this one’s called Bills Special but I asked for no garlic/onion/mushrooms for low fodmap :) )

We stopped over in Hay on a road trip. We ordered pizza from the shop. The order was made in a fair quick time. The pizza was very oily and burnt on top. The taste of the pizza was as expected base on how it looked. Nothing extraordinary but ok. The pizza bases were too thick for a pizza. The store was client and staff were friendly just the pizza needs to be finessed.

A nice place for a meal. There is no seating inside, but plenty of gift shop items. Good service, featuring a family operating as a production line to prepare and cook. I ordered a medium pizza Margherita, which was ample for a take away dinner. The pizza was very good, however the base was too thick for my taste. Next time, I'll try the spaghetti. It's a pity they no longer offer other food options.

The best pizzas in Hay and not just because it is the only pizza bar in town. Fantastic value, very generous toppings, you can't go wrong.

Over cooked and over pricedWe bought pizza take away on 5Jan 2023 in the evening. Given the size of pizza, it may not be considered over priced but when all three of them were overcooked, it was not worth it.
