Do your staff not check products when returned? I purchased a Spawax warming kit today and have driven all the way home, opened it AND ITS BEEN USED!!!! Disgusting. I’ve tried calling and there’s no answer. I will never shop here again, how can you accept returns and not thoroughly check the product?

Myself and another lady have just stood in the perfume area for 25 minutes waiting on the staff member -that’s supposedly looking after fragrances-to walk around us and continue putting tickets out. Upon asking for help for a fourth time she proceeded to roll her eyes. Sorry darling, didn’t realise paying customers are such an inconvenience. Cheers to Chemist Warehouse Kangaroo Flat for amazing service and helping with my $300 purchase

Romy walked around and harassed a lady that has severe depression saying she wanted free medication and all she wanted was two tablets until she got paid and major depression is nothing to be messed with and he was so rude and degrading and just harassed this poor lady to the max. What a disgusting human being! I will be placing a complaint for sure. He doesn’t deserve his job , he has no empathy and will kill someone one day!

Very poor customer service. We stood in line waiting to put a script in, while 2 workers were chatting stocking shelves. Finally got served but the whole process from when we entered the shop until we left with the script was approximately 25 minutes!

Pathetic customer service from the manager. Purchased an item 30 minutes ago and had got the wrong size, went to get a larger size of the same item (which I had brought back seal pack along with the receipt). Team member said they need to call the manager to key in the exchange. Manager came and denied to exchange, he said this messes up our stock levels. What kind of an excuse is this ? He was also was very very rude. This took place around 6:40pm 23rd December.

I heard a women approach the pharmacist 5 minutes before close time, asking him about a magnesium supplement to assist in her child’s growing pains. The pharmacist told her that he wouldn’t recommend magnesium for children, despite the large range of children’s magnesium supplements the store sells. When she asked if he had anything else he would he would recommend, he said he had nothing, and she left. I can only deduce that he didn’t help because he was keen to get home.

If you going to get your document signed by pharmacist. Please go to other pharmacy because they will never sign. I went there 3 times, they always said come back tomorrow, we are busy but on two occasions they had only 1 customer at their desk. I offered that I’m happy to wait but they were like “Nah, we just can’t do it”. Surprisingly I made a complaint regarding this but no one responded.
