Does anyone actually work here?

Had smashed screen repaired by the repairers in the kiosk a few months ago and have had problems with the, “touch” function ever since. We took it back to see what they could do the subsequent problem. The repairer was very rude and angry presuming we wanted it repaired under warranty, we didn’t mention warranty at all. He went on to tell us that they only offer ONE MONTH warranty on all repairs, compared to most businesses that offer 12 month warranty for repairs. Charged us $20.00 to look at it and tell us that we needed another screen replacement, which would cost $150.00 AND one month warranty. We were charged $20 for the quote as the repairer just wanted to get $20 out of us. We went to Heisenberg Technologies who immediately told us worst case scenario of screen replacement (did not charge us) and $125 screen replacement with complete 12 month warranty on repairs. We will never go back to Mobile Tech Baldivis mall kiosk, rip off and con only offering one month warranty for all repairs!

I’ve been waiting here for 40 minutes. Not open although the website says open. Tuesday morning and nobody to be found anywhere at 9:40 am.
