Priceline Pharmacy Potts Point

Amazing pharmacy!The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional!They have a great range of products! And if they don’t have something, they’ll order it for you if you want. They have a health monitor device station that you check your blood pressure, weight and etc for free.There is a 30 minutes free parking at secure car park in which is 2 minutes away from this pharmacy. So you can either walk or drive there.You can also collect points when shopping after you join their club and get a discount voucher every now and then.

the staff here are excellent - especially Lisa - she knows her stuff! I love being served by her.. such a friendly face and the best customer service

I would give Zero stars if i could.I went into your store to get a prescription. I take 2 sleeping tablets a night as my Father just diedrecently. I have talked to the doctor about it and they are happy with that. But when i came to your store my prescription which was my old dose said 1.5 mgs per night...so 1 and a half per night.I explained to both women pharmacist`s that i was taking an extra 0.5mg ( half a tablet and the doctor was happy with that) and brought the Box of my last prescription to show them i only had one left. If you count the days i had from the last dispensed day it was 15. 15 x 2 = 30 which is the amount in the box . But because it said 1.5 a night that meant i was supposed to have more tablets ... but i showed then what i had , which was one. So they just handed back my prescription saying i`m too early! I`m a pensioner who has had a hip replacement recently and my lift is being replaced and we have no lift till December some time. i live on the 7th floor and have to walk up 7 flights of stairs when i go out . So when i go out i try to get everything done so i don`t have to walk up 7 flights of stairs. I told the both pharmacist`s this but there was just a cold NO! They need to show some common sense and have some empathy for my situation . So there was a very cold no . i asked if a prescription for something else would i be able to get it before the due date , and they said yes they would do it.So i went down the road and got it from another Pharmacy with no questions asked. I`m not a drug addict , but the way they treated me was i was a junkie! i have been coming to your Pharmacy for a long time but the way i was treated i`ll will not come back. This attitude by your Pharmacists is not the way you treat people. Who ever is in charge of this Pharmacy really needs to talk to these women and sort this out, otherwise you will lose Business all the time. i definitely will not came back.

The staff are incredibly helpful particularly front of shop, nice atmosphere and plenty of selection. I have a Priceline discount card which means a discount, every bit helps these days!!

I've got a bit sick where I had a strong headache and high temperature. I had gone into Priceline looking for something that may help. George the pharmacist in charge I guess has been very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly with me. I have even bought some other things that he refered to me that they had a limited offer on it during that time. I definitely recommend to ask for George when you pop by into this Priceline Pharmacy!

What a RIP-OFF! Just paid $26.95 for 450ml of hand sanitiser at this store and they also offered a pack of 50x simple face masks for $120 ...!!!The masks can usually be found for $9.85 and the hand sanitiser for ca $7 ...While other companies are changing their production lines to produce and DONATE these products - some business are clearly aiming for profits... I would not call this chain a trusted pharmacy if they cannot even offer fair prices, especially during a crisis like now...

The pharmacy in Potts Point is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to there is an Asian man that works behind the counter who is rude. Disrespectful to women he always looks miserable. His unwelcome. I’ve lived in the area for a long time and I would never ever go back there.He works in the pharmacy area. He’s not one of the staff, I’ve never been to a place that doesn’t care about people health. I do not know how he is a management of the dispense department. Please do not go there because he will give you the wrong medication and he’s unhelpful and very Judge mental on the medication you’re taking.He's the young Asian MAN CALLED RAY. Never smiles never friendly and for somebody that spends hundreds of dollars in there I’m very disappointed as a customer just to be told that I’m not allowed back there because RAY said so, without speaking to me . it’s not the way to treat people I’m applaud that women can get treated like that. When it comes to the staff in that place, I’ll give them five star.Wow now I’m not allowed in after given the incorrect tablets. Then I try to call management they don’t want to help me. I hope they open a chemist warehouse.

Every time I have a prescription sent to this place, I find it much more expensive than others. I’m not talking about 30%, 40%, it’s more than double the price.

I went in to get my ears pierced today, for a third hole in both ear lobes.Nada assisted, she is so very professional, knowledgeable and a lovely young lady also.Definitely will be going back.
