I had a terrible experience here recently. Their customer service was very unpleasant and made me feel unwelcome - it felt intentionally malicious since I saw their service was lovely to other customers, and I simply did not fit the demographic they felt was 'worthy' of service.The food was awful - the chicken was very dry. They didn't make it fresh, they got it from the window that had just been sitting there. There are much better alternatives, I'm definitely never coming back here and you should take your money elsewhere.

Terrible customer service, they gave me really dry chicken and the chips were unsalted. Overall a very disappointing experience and I would not come back here again.

I've ordered from you say 5 times now since last December.So I decided to try your food and I was not disappointed!!! The flavour in your chicken ...it's not just lemon/vinegar, but herbs also and it's definitely not dry!I enjoy your food and your hot chips too! I love your salads also. I appreciate your delicious food and I hope it stays this way for many years to come.Big thank you!

Absolutely no customer service, they’re not worth a cent. They pick and choose which customers they want to be nice to. The lady serving was so rude and basically yelled “here” while giving me my change and food. Girl if you hate your job then leave!

Food was delicious and fresh.Younger female cashier was a little rude and did not listen when I told her that part of my order was missing before leaving. She rolled her eyes and then spoke and giggled with her co-worker in their language, which I thought was a little rude.

Chips were undercooked and the chicken was very dry. It made me very sick for the rest of the day after eating it and I was constantly having to go to the toilet. Won't be coming back any time soon.
