Danielle is professional to deal with. She is always across all the issues on my property and keeps me informed at all times. She is also pro-active. Nothing is too difficult. She genuinely cares about the property and people and understands my needs as an owner.

Property manager was fine for most of my tenancy, then in the last three months I had two new property managers and communications broke down entirely. Seemed like there were no handovers about the end of my tenancy, and the new property manager was very unhelpful every time I had to contact them.

Lagan has been an amazing agent to us. I met her at one of her openings and been in contact with her since then. She has been so patient and helpful with all things real estate and is highly knowledgeable in her field.Hoping to get to close a deal with her as my agent in the future

Staff answering phone was very rude and hung up without answering my simple question whether they send out levy notice quarterly. I did not receive the last levy notice hence checking. Could not believe she just hung up.

Went to LJH to find a new rental. They made the process extremely quick and easy. Having rented through other agents I know the process is anything but simple so the fact they are organised enough to simplify the effort for me is phenomenal.I also had the pleasure of liaising with Dannielle McSpeerin. Having dealt with property managers in the past I know they can often be a bit challenging to get in touch with. Dannielle is anything but that. She was extremely flexible to my needs and replied to my queries immediately which is awesome. Great property manager and looking forward to renting.The only grievance I have was that LJH ended up offering me an identical property to the one I inspected saying it was the same and making me sign that I accept it in the condition is was inspected. It's a brand new property so honestly it probably would be fine but regardless, having that in the contract was a bit suss.Nonetheless I'm picking at loose hairs now. Great property managers. And highly recommend renting with them if you are a tenant.

I'm very happy to say that this agency, and particularly our agent Tara Munro-Smith, were fantastic. Given that this was our first time renting, we didn't know what to expect but Tara was incredibly easy to work with and always went out of her way to be helpful and kind. Couldn't recommend more!

Grace Bowman has been fantastic at managing our rental tenancy for the past 12 months. She has been both professional and kind in handling all our requests in a timely fashion. She has advocated on our behalf on many occasions and made us feel valued and respected in our rental. She’s a stand out!
