Never had any issues with customer service. Obviously because everything is 2nd hand, some things can go wrong, but I’ve always come away satisfied with the result. Shout out to the dude with long red hair, he was patient, knowledgeable and very good at explaining the process.

Staff honestly don't know what they're doing and for an electronic/gaming store you think they'd hire people with knowledge on their products. Had to go buy cords for a product that doesn't work without them/they don't even buy said products without the cords but apparently have no issue selling it without them, Absolutely useless but that's browns plains

Service is usually pretty good. Decent range of videos and console games, especially older stuff - even original wii games. Pretty good selection of older gen computer parts - but only CPU's, RAM, HDDs, SSDs and GPU's.... Would be good if they also did Motherboards though.Also have some used (good condition) phones, tablets and laptops.Prices are a bit hit and miss - some things are well priced and reasonable other things are way over-priced. The best feature is they have a full catalogue of products on their website, sortable by store. But beware! The photos are not necessarily of the ACTUAL item - they are generic. Especially in the case of Graphics cards/ GPU's. So if you are expecting a particular brand and go to collect it - don't be surprised if it's different but same chipset. Not a true 5 Star experience, but probably higher than 4.

the guy with the beard tried to lowball me, first the price for the ps4 pro I was trading in was 120 then goes down to 112 then all of a sudden goes down to 109. Honestly just wanted to get my money and get out of there, not a good experience

Previous experiences were fine. Today, the guy who served us didn't come back out after testing the items to give a breakdown of cost. Just told the lovely woman at the counter the price to tell us. Not a very customer-friendly transaction. Prices and descriptions on final receipt did not match with the inventory given (hence why an in-person breakdown would have been preferred). This includes the store not taking into account a limited edition of a game, and entering it as a standard edition that is at least $5 cheaper. Also includes the store paying for one remote when two were handed in, and charging us for a nunchuck.

It's the best shop to go to get second hand DVDs they are not scratched

Headed in today to find out a price for my desktop tower, but was warned by a customer leaving the store that the man in today scratched their gaming laptop to reduce the price of the laptop considerably, luckily I left and went elsewhere for my quote, but this is not good business practice, and I wont be bringing in my devices anytime to this store. Disgusting customer service.

Had taken my $2000 gaming laptop to get a quote for how much I'll get an got a very low offer an had gotten it back with a scratched lid that they said was already like that when in fact wasn't, very disappointing will not recommend for yous to take anything there as they will more then likely screw you over
