What an absolute pleasure to walk into a store and be greeted by friendly staff who are so knowledgeable about their products and would bend over backwards to help you.Today I was shopping for goldfish and took great delight in discussing all things fish with the staff, even picking some frozen blood worms and shrimp as a treat for my fish.This store is located right next door to flower power so you can't miss it. It has everything you could possibly need for your pets even catering to poultry. Join their membership program to earn dollars to take of your next shop.Wheelchair accessible parking and entryI highly recommend and I will be back

Absolutely love the ladies at PETstock Mount Annan. I go there for my Spoodle, Eclectus & Exotic Kitten & every single time without fail they’re sooooo friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Other stores could learn a lot from them.

The staff here are always lovely, knowledgeable and cheerful, an absolute delight to shop here. Always tidy and clean, the ladies go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need. They always have time for a lovely chat and carry all my heavy bags out for me.

This little place is great for buying fish items. We bought plants and 5 tetra's from here with a cheerful lady had a smile across her face the entire time. Said she use to work for Qantas but was extremely happy they had given her a chance to come here and work as she loved animals. Well done for employing a great team guys. Healthy happy fish and plants!

So happy with the service we received today.We were upgrading our fish tank and purchasing more fish and items for the tank.The lady that served us was so knowledgeable and was able to guide us in the right direction.The tank looks great.
