Purchased all our firewood there last year,probably spent in excess of $900 on wood.This winter decided to go back as we were happy with last season. What a mistake that was. Took the trailer in asked for a cubic metre scoop as usual. The scoop was nowhere near a cubic metre ! I proceeded to pay and questioned why its $130 now and not $110 the fellow told me his boss has to travel further to get the wood so price went up. Ok i cop that on the chin. Get home the wood won't burn,its damp and very muddy looking and just chars! We now have 3 quarters of a cubic metre of absolute useless firewood and wasted $130 of our money.WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!

The worse firewood I have ever bought! Mix hard wood $210 per m2. Petrol won’t even help this wood burn. Definitely not seasoned wood. You can hear the moisture coming out as it smolder’s away.

Pieces of wire and broken glass in soil (this was in early 2022, still finding pieces). Was too depressed to complain at the time, major regret about this because now I'm worried about lead levels.

one of the nicest landscaping supply places i have been to on the coast it was so worth the drive from chittaway bay over to gosford the Staff member i spoke to today was very friendly and was honest that he wasn't sure as to which mix would be suitable as certain staff weren't there but with my garden/permaculture designer background i felt confident enough with the garden mix and when it arrived it was excellent quality and Full of Manure! :-D i have my favourite landscape supply place now thankyou! and such prompt dilevery.

Recently purchased their premium garden soil but was majorly disappointed that it was mixed in with large amounts of crushed concrete grits. Should not advertise as “premium soil” as this is very misleading.Was also charged $25 for delivery when quoted $20 over the phone.” Quite surprised to see the rest of the positive reviews on google. Might not be getting soil from them again.

Bought seasoned mixed firewood and it is NOT seasoned. THE worst firewood I have ever received, constantly putting kindle in today to keep it going. Will never use this place again nor will I use woodfellas at tuggerah who highly recommended them. Avoid these scammers at all cost.
