Australia Post - Allawah LPO

Received collection card and on it states Allawah LPO open at 7am. Was very annoyed to discover they are not open until 7.30am after making a big detour to pick up parcel before work. I detested going there as very rude service.

The Courier from Australia post decided to throw my sons parcel on the 19/5/21 and damaged my property at Carlton.I would like a reimbursement of $20 or I will leave this comment up until I do.I also have a video footage.Shame on you Aus post.The Courier should be more thoughtful of the surrounding.This review was edited 06/07/22 and still no response from Aus post.

Good service and open on weekends. I went to collect my parcel almost as soon as it was dropped off at the office.

Very very rude!!!! I went to check my parcel collect this afternoon and the guy was unhappy that I went there without receiving a message. He was like you are wasting my time’ ..... he only had 3 parcel collect there .......So asking him to do his job is apparently a waste of time.I even explained him that the sender doesn’t have my phone number and I won’t be receiving any messages but still ..... either do your job or just quit...... I hope you read this!!!!!

The working hours are extremely convenient and the service is usually quick and efficient (although not the most cheerful). I have lived in the area for the last 10 years and I haven't had any reason to complain... other local PO are a different story. The shop is usually packed with parcels but mine is always found.

Extremely rude customer service, those two lady service staff, I guess mother and daughter, are of very bad manner. I have been there couple of times for collecting my online delivery, and literally never saw them smiling. I don't know what's wrong with them; if you are not capable to provide good customer service, you should step down.

Frankly, this is a very reliable post office. They know their business. Never had a single issue with them, whereas other post office around are problematic.

Almost everytime I have to go there and pick up my parcels I experience rude behaviour from the old lady. Last time I went she got worse. I wanted to send a dress through the post. I asked her which one should I use and how much will it cost. She saw a bag in my hand and said the dress will not fit in there. And she didnt talk to me and went back and started doing her own work. I put the dress in the bag I had and it perfectly fit. After went to the counter she screamed at me in front of everyone saying 'i told you it will not use for that, why did you use it'. I mentioned that she didnt even talk to me properly, so how could I know which one?. N she went on with it. Finally she took the bag from me and stamped it. Unfortunately I still have to go to collect my parcels because the postman never make an effort to come to my door and knock at the door to give me a parcel. Instead leave a card in the letter box. So I dont know if they own the bussiness. If not the owners should do something about the lady.
