Good service including installation of our bike racks on the day we bought them (took about 15 minutes). Not sure if the cheapest, but on a par with the dealership.

Roof Racks HQ has the BEST customer service! The owner, Ben, stayed open late for us the Thursday night before Easter so that we could come pick up some roof racks for our new kayaks. Ben had everything ready for us when we arrived and helped us install the racks. Unfortunately, when we got to the kayak shop to pick up our boats, we found our rails weren't wide enough to accommodate two kayaks. Ben drove up to the kayak shop and helped us swap out our rails for some wider ones. The next morning, on Good Friday, we got a call from Ben saying he wasn't 100% happy with the way the rails fit our car and wanted to know what year the car was. It turned out we had the wrong feet on the rails and he said he would drive out to our house to exchange them and help put the new ones on. On a public holiday, no less!
