First time a few months ago was exceptional but this visit, May 12-17 2023, the store was closed the whole time we were here. Unless they close for a break in Winter, don’t know.

Had to hire a trailer to drop and pickup our mower , 30min drive to there shop each way , get the mower home , start it up and it makes a awful noise and then the belt snaps 15seconds later , if they knew how much effort there customers take to get large equipment to them to do such a shiity Job and charge a fortune , if they tested it before they called it shouldn’t have left the shop , they’ve actually caused more damage then when the mower went in . I’m not even going back for warranty they are shonkyBeware bad mechanicsMY REPLY TO OWNERS REPLY :I am one of your good customers sons , that gives up my saturdays for my old dad too bring his mower to you ! Now i have to give up another 2 Saturdays because of your poor workmanship did carelessnesswho uses the mower every week , we’ve had enough of your poor workmanship, no it’s the right shop gun mower shop thanks we’ve been long time customers

Poor customer serviceWill not returnFurther to hvtm comments below, I am sorry that your views or points vary from mine. I telephoned you three times within a 2 - 2.5 week period.Yes, you did say you couldn't look at it that first week. Then the second week, the mechanic was off sick. The third week I chose to pick it up after you advising me, your chainsaw mechanic only comes in once a week..... I ended up going to maitland and got top service and helpful advice

They had mower our for weeks, left it out in the rain that whole time and snapped the blade spindle when they changed the blades. They didn't even bother to repalce the belt, which I assume was because they had screwed the spindle already. So I have paid several hundred dollars to still not have a working mower. Next time, I am off to Thornton to get the job done properly.

Great shop. Always friendly and helpful. Mark was very knowledgeable and was able to fix my problem and answer all my questions. Wanted to get a gun license and Mark told me how to go about it. Also fixed my chainsaw while I pestered him with gun related questions. Would highly recommend this shop.

One stop local shop for mowers and supplies and guns and ammo. The only mower service around town so can take time to get your machine back. Friendly service and country clothing, apparel and kids toys. Something dor the whole family!
