James, who is the licensee of this business, had an agreement with me for a deal and he decided not to pay me for the work i've done.He is untrustworthy to both his clients and the people that work with him.He has scammed me of my money and I would not trust him with the smallest thing in my life.Please be aware of dealing with James Oladejo everyone please

hi just want to let people know not to trust this man asked about a house for rent on realestate.com and add says its ready to go and has been fixed up i then msg him he was quite rude and i will never be looking at a house if Jims Realty is taking care of it he is so slack with organizing home opens he told me it would be ready to look at the end of this week now its oh we have applications already blah blah told me to look elsewhere and must it be this one and don't bank in this one

James Oladejo is doing an excellent job as an agent looking after my rental! No request is ever to big for him, I really appreciate his efforts and he saves me a lot of worry! Thank you for going the extra mile and keeping my property in a good condition!!

Absolutely and utterly disgusting behaviour from a real estate. Don’t waste your time with them! If they do pick up the phone, than anything you have to enquire about is dismissed and you get hung up on.It’s being run by an absolute child.

Worst service ever. Like seriously worst. Don’t bother getting them to sell your house. Just don’t. Go with Mark Grogan. He is much better and better service.

I was renting a property from this agency 3 years ago. I left a comment about their services on their FB page, which I could not find it now. To those who rated them for 5 stars, it's either you met the new team, or you're paid by James.This man is a fraud and a liar. He has 0% professionalism when it comes to customer service or real estate agent. What happened was that at the end of my lease, James was ignoring our emails and calls to request for a return in our security bond. 1 year after we moved out of the property we had enough of waiting, so we decided to send James personally with a stern but polite email requesting for our security bond back otherwise we will take this issue further to the authorities.
