My experience with National Collision Center was extremely disappointing. They did a terrible job fixing the bumper, and when I returned to address the issue, they shockingly denied any responsibility and even blamed me. It was incredibly frustrating and unfair. What's worse, they showed a complete disregard for safety, allowing customers to drive with potentially dangerous vehicles. I strongly advise against using the services of National Collision Center. Their incompetence and refusal to own up to their mistakes are truly disappointing. This kind of experience is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of National Collision Center.

Mark, Bruno and their team are extremely professional. I had some custom needs and Bruno worked closely with me to make sure my car was repaired exactly how I needed. The team was always easy to reach via phone and I was kept updated regularly. Repairs were done quicker than most other companies told me they could even assess my car. This is my second experience with National Collision Centre and I know exactly where I’ll be sending my cars next time if needed.10/10 service.
