Wow Peak Central you really are in a class of your own. From doggy agreements, ridiculous wait times for repairs, letting landlord through the house with no notice to the renovation bill at end of lease.If I could give a negative star rating review I wouldTheir property manager lady had given us a doggy agreement and she knew it was a major mistake in the agreement for the rental increase to be made by “as per market value” which is illegal and she wouldn’t take no for an answer she thought she was always right, until we contacted DMIRS and they had to back pay us.Then to top this off yes they strike again,She rang and said “ I have voided your lease renewal as there has been a complaint to consumer protection (DMIR) and were waiting on a response from the landlord..this is when she disappeared from peak for good.we then had to report to one of the owner what a wonderful man he is, only ever really wanted to talked over the phone. I have never ever felt so bullied, intimidated and threatened before…What an absolute circus of a real estate you are running Peak Central..KEEP AWAY

Peak Central literally pulled me from a depressive state. I was new in the country with no much experience about house application. I made a n application in a wrong way. The property manager called and guided me in how to present a good application. I got updated on the status of my application. I can recommend this to anyone who is keen on details to this good company.

Working with the property managers as tenants was an absolute pleasure. Demiilee is efficient and provide prompt responses while our main property manager, Patricia, was ever so patient and helpful throughout our lease. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism and support.

Made͏ is simple and easyRobert was really helpful, acting on behalf of the seller, Robert still made the home buying process simple for us and was always prompt to respond to any questions we had. He was upfront and direct without beating around the bush, and he gave us advice along the way that helped us navigate the process (whilst making sure he still maintained his professional obligations to the seller and general ethical obligations) this can be a really hard line to walk and I believe Robert did a commendable job.

Ashton Blake-property manager. Ashton is the of the best property manager I have dealt with. Her communication skills and being detail has been one of the best experiences I had. As I currently do not live in the state my house is being tenanted, I am heavily reliant on the property managers. I have had others in the past and I was not impressed by them and felt like they didn’t care what was having to the property once rent was paid. I hope they train other property managers using Ashton as the example to be lead by.
