Australia Post - Bay Village LPO

Terrible service by a man there who was suppose to redirect my mail i have receipt for transaction and all relevant paper work. Aus Post do not have a copy so telling me to repay the amount again. Not happy.Recieved a reply from Australia Post they gave me a full refund and are investigating several complaints about staff at the post office.

Absolutely worst staff. Came into take a passport photo of an infant and they pushed me to the side, continued to serve everyone that was behind me.. when they finally helped me, 25 minutes later - my baby was tired and starting to lose it. But they make a baby sit up which my baby was now crying trying to make her do. Every time I put the dummy in to try and calm her down so they could take her photo he would walk away and serve another customer! So I was left waiting again. When I asked if we could take it lying down, he said “well did you bring a white sheet” (um could you maybe provide one)- after he left 3 times to serve other customers while “trying to take the photo” I gave up and left! Hopefully another post office has kind staff that are helpful and can see that I am also a customer needing to be served. So disappointed!!Update: went to Tumbi Umbi post office and they were the kindest most helpful, friendly and patient staff. They also took the baby’s photo on the ground happily with a white backdrop (I brought a white blanket but it wasn’t needed).

Just want to thank the two staff members working on 22/10. I came in with around 30 boxes which I needed to post and they were so helpful and friendly. They made a huge job easy!Thank you!!

Actually I travel past my local PO to get to this one (which is much further away) as they go above and beyond to help with the best postage options and they are super efficient.

Great post office, friendly staff, always offer good service and the right advice.

Called after receiving parcel pick up for another name and tried to identify if it was right address or right name and person was rude and not helpful in any way.
