Just bought their Cyclone heavy duty knee pads thismorning from Bunnings. I used them in the afternoon & I'm impressed with it, just a pity it's made in china... but I guess lots of things are these days.

This company is a joke. In only 3 years out our Hills foldable clothesline is rusting from the inside out. Rust is staining out clothes. Their products don’t even last more than 3 years and btw their 10 year warranty is rubbish as they don’t back their products. Received a response from AMES “The product team have advised that the surface rusting of part of normal wear and tear for the product”. What a joke! Normal wear and tear! Oh but we offer 10 year warranty but sorry your clothesline surface rust is normal wear and tear! Normal wear and tear from what? A clothesline is meant to be outside in the weather and built to last for Australian conditions! Their statements and warranty are false and misleading! Shame on you.
