Exceptional & professional. The team here are exactly what I need as a landlord. Taylor is incredibly quick to respond to anything and is a do-er, she often has the solution for any problem ready to go and her communication is the best I've ever come across. Taylor is considerate of my availabilities and does everything she can to resolve problems and keep the tenants happy. My number one priority is making sure my tenants are safe and happy and I am glad I have Taylor to help me achieve that.

INCOMPETENT & NEGLIGENTI have used Mantello Real Estate to manage my property. I do not recommend them for the following reasons:1) After my property got tenanted, Mantello Real Estate failed to communicate to City West Water that the property was rented and not owner-occupied. This resulted in me being wrongly charged for water usage on an investment property for OVER 2 YEARS. As a landlord, I should only pay for the water network. I discovered the error myself.2) My previous tenants gave 1 MONTH notice to vacate, Mantello wrongly advised me that under the residential tenancies act, they can only conduct inspections 14 days after the vacate date. This sounded so wrong that I had to call Consumer Affairs Victoria to fact-check. Under the residential tenancies act, landlords can start open home inspections 21 days before the vacate date.3) So, I instructed Mantello to market the property 21 days before the vacate date to minimise loss of rent. Mantello agreed in writing but only set to hold the first inspection 2 days before the vacate day and didn't even bother to inform me of the change.4) I raised concerns about the garden being overgrown during the various property inspections, but Mantello did nothing until the trees were way overgrown and cost me way more to fix.For the above reasons, time wasted, frustration, never apologise for their mistakes or take responsibility, mistakes that can be proven with supporting documents and exchanged emails, I do not recommend them.

Jason and the Mantello team were great to work with. They facilitated a quick and seamless sale. Jason was easy to communicate with, responsive and available at all hours.Would happily work with them again and could recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a property.

Jason and the team at Mantello were wonderful to work with when we sold our home. From the first visit with Jason right to the end, he was professional, friendly and communication was on point. Taylor was an absolute delight and although we never met Connie in person we know she was working hard in the background.
