Yan is absolutely brilliant. He is friendly, intelligent and extremely proficient at computer analysis and repair. Twice he has resurrected two of my computers. He always explains the problem and how he performed his repairs. His knowledge helps you understand the issues causing difficulty. Great person! Great technician!

Had an issue with my motherboard, the team were able to fix my computer within a day and also consulted on how to manage it well for future. I was also running late to pick up the computer - they waited after hours for me to collect it. Prices were great as well. Highly recommended.

Yan went through a lot of trouble to help troubleshoot a CPU cooling issue on a Saturday. Tried the least expensive options first before suggesting alternatives. Got it fixed in great time. Highly recommend ASB.

Yan found the issue with my computer when another repair service could not, and went through the issue with me thoroughly, offering cost-effective fixes. It was a complicated issue but he made sure everything was working well before returning the computer in good time. Definitely recommend his services.

I was first introduced to ASB Computer Services by a friend, after I couldn't find someone to fix my computer over the holidays. Now Yan from ASB has been helping me fix and purchase computers for almost 2 years. Yan offers great, efficient and most importantly friendly service. I would highly recommend ASB to my friends and colleagues for any of their computer problems!

My hard drive crashed and, as is seems is always the case, at the worst time.I contacted Yan on a Saturday morning, and he actioned it immediately.I was back up and running on Tuesday morning.PC is running better than everCharges are very reasonable. Service is prompt, Yan explains technical issues well and clearly, provides realistic options and goes the extra mile.I don't write reviews as often as I should but really felt this one deserved it.I would absolutely use ASB again and recommend them to friends and family.Thanks again Yan
