Super helpful staff! Had a battery failure on the way back up the coast and they leant me a couple of tools to swap out the old one!

Had to wait while doing the lady was doing something on the computer, 2 guys free no customers in shop, waiting.... an older lady walked in served straight away and then jumped in front of the lady serving me to serve her?! Is this really good customer service?

Helpful staff!Being female & not really having a clue with this, all the staff had to go by were photos I'd taken and the rego. Ordered a Weathershield on a Friday, picked up Monday. Happy shopper

Expensive, very expensive, though I formed this opinion from the age of 17. They offer a service and possibly very useful in an emergency situation, though would not be my everyday supplier

Really pleased with the helpful customer service today. I picked up a set of roof bars that were missing parts. They happily took them back and gave me the next model up for the same price. Much appreciated.

Staff very rarely know about anything that isn't on a retail shelf.Training must be rather poor for this particular branch, which is a shame as it is the closest one to me.The staff are usually friendly in person, but are arrogant to interact with when on the phone.

Good staff. They know their stuff. Usually parking around the side streets if not straight out front. Really helpful older man working there . I told him he wasn't aloud to retire as he is needed there. Hahahaha.
