Got quoted on a 12mm shower screen, accepted the quote. They delivered and installed a 10mm shower screen without our prior knowledge. Then we rightfully asked if the quote was going to be reduced as we got 10 mm instead of 12mm glass.... the boss (Gary) started abusing us on the phone, shouting and threatening to trash our family home if we did not pay by the end of the day. We never questioned payment and have paid them, but have been left feeling unsafe in our own home with our young children, not knowing how true the threats are. Will be advising the police of the threats and installing cameras around the outside the house. Pls be careful and don't use this company as they definately conned us as well as leaving us fearing for our family's safety.

I called Brisbane Glass at the beginning of the week, I needed a Shower Screen and i needed it fast as another supplier had let me down, From the very first phone call i made to when the shower screen was actually installed i was made to feel like i was there top priority. Their customer service is excellent, their tradesmen are polite and punctual, and their finished work is 100% top quality. Could not recommend Brisbane Glass enough.

Great service at a very competitive price. The job was completed on time and the installers even cleaned up all of the broken glass. I am very happy with the service provided.

Do not use this company, lack of communication and aggressive when questioned the invoice. The panel delivered and installed was not as per original quote and when questioned it was altered and was told that I am wrong and I need to pay the balance immediately or otherwise they will come and rip the panel out. My question had nothing to do with the payment and all I was asking why the original quote was not delivered and all I got from the management was that it was an oversight and I am broke, don't want to pay, I am not man of my word and more. Where as they did not communicate to why I am not getting what was quoted originally.Customer service is non existent and would NOT RECOMMEND this company to do any work.

At the start of last week I organised my window to be fixed within 24 hours.Theglass repairer said that they would be able to do it, and gave me a quote onthe approx size of the window but said the price may be different onceseeing it of $205.00, I thought this was alittle expensive but thought thatonce they see it they would phone me with a new price as I said I was unsureof exact measurements. As I was at work I gave my card details and said tocharge my card that day.That afternoon I got a call saying unfortunatleythey could not make it and would be out the next day. No one showed up the next day either and I received no phone call to let me know that was the case. As far as I was concerned the job had been cancelled as i hadnt heard from them and seeing as I only said charge my card as I was at work the previous time and I had not authorised the go ahead for any other day. On Friday I sourced another Glass Repairer due to the lack of service provided.Almost a week later, my flat mate phoned me to inform me that Brisbane Glass had shown up today and were repairing thewindow without my knowledge, no phone call from them, nothing. I spoke tothe repair guy on my premises and told him not to fix it and that I did notapprove, he proceeded to fix the window. I then phoned General Manager ofBrisbane Glass and spoke to him hoping that he would find a solution to myproblem. I told the manager I had not received any call and that I did not approveto charge my card for any other day. I asked how he was going to solve thisproblem and he said he would do nothing. Without my knowledge or consent mycard had been charged $205.00 at 4.24pm on the 8th of April 2013. I phonedthe Manager back to discus this. The Manager was completely rude and totally unhelpful and in my opinion should not be put in a position to deal withcomplaints or customers. He told me that he doesnt care and I can go toFair work to lodge a complaint as far as they were concerned. I told him I have not signed anything allowing them to charge my card or turn up a week later to do it....after all isnt it meant to be 24/7???? The Manager wouldnt let me talk to any owner or anyone higher up the chain than himself and hung up on me without solving anything.Because of the poor service I would not recommend Brisbane Glass to anyone.I cannot believe that this is the way that the business is handled.I then sent a complaint letter to which i got a response of :Thank you for your letter.We look forward to communicating with Fair Trading.Brisbane Glass"I thought to myself.....and so do i!!!!!!!!"

These guys were amazing!! We had a broken window so I took in the frame the same day and they were able to replace the glass within 20 min. Was amazing service, very accommodating and a great price. Extremely helpful in all the wet weather we have been having. Thanks Brisbane Glass. Very impressed.

Brisbane Glass and Commercial were so helpful and very professional. They took the time to talk through all our options and give advise on the best product/value for money. Exceptional communication. Everything was exactly as described and installed exactly when they said it would be. Great company!

I had them come out and fix a sliding door for me. the sliding door broke again in the same spot as last time. I requested them to come back and fix the job for free as they didn't do it properly the first time. They refused to come and fix the job for free but offered me a discount. Because I needed it fixed I said yes but asked for a 12 month warranty on their work. After requesting this they never responded to me even after messaging them a number of times for a response.

Steve and Brad were very pleasant to deal with. I had specific dates that I needed glass balustrades removed and then refitted and it was not a problem at all for them. When there was a timing problem at their end, they communicated this to me and we worked out a great solution together.
