Damien and his team are so helpful and friendly. I have so much pain on left side from neck to low back for ten months. In these past months, I have spent so much time and money for all the medical methods I can find. Unfortunately all ending with disappointing feelings. Damien is my fifth physiotherapy . I wasn’t expecting too much at the beginning. BUT, he is DIFFERENT! He is so efficient and knowledgeable, also with cheap prices compared to other head physiotherapists I have seen. Just four sessions, I am feeling better physically and mentally. Thank you, Refine physiotherapy!

Best physio in Brisbane, hands down!I came to see Damien for post-op strengthening and flexibility following a knee surgery. I was amazed at the progression we made in the first couple sessions! Very positive for the rest of my rehab with the attention to detail he shows during the sessions and exercises and workout program I follow during the rest of the week. Great location, amazing in house gym and 11/10 physio. Cheers Damien!

I have been seeing Damien for rehabilitation of my neck and shoulders , he is extremely knowledgeable and easy going and has helped my pain immensely since I have started seeing him.Would highly recommend refine physio!

Can highly recommend Damien at Refine Physiotherapy & Pilates. Within my hour session he was able to alleviate all shoulder and neck pain, plus increase my range of motion. Damien also provides great tips and tricks to reduce injuries happening in the future. Now, I am able to comfortably play the sport I enjoy once again!

Wish I'd come and seen Damien sooner. I'm really happy with the progression I've made and the care/services I've recieved. The parking bays out the front make getting there easy and the rooms are bright and modern. Definitely recommend going here.

I have been attending Refine Physio since my car accident in January this year. The team have been amazing and really understanding, but Esther has been my biggest supporter and has helped me immensely. She has made me fall in love Pilates and has helped me to feel the best I have in years. I highly recommend her and they have all been great dealing with the worker’s compensation claim for me.If you need a great Physio book in with Esther.
